Oh man I am feeling like I am in the classic Willy Wonka movie.
I’ve been shopping like crazy for kitchen tools. The best addition is the digital scale and the oven thermometer. That dang oven temp is all over the place. I’m sure a new oven is on the horizon.

I’ve found that the mortar-pestal you mentioned earlier is also quite useful for mixing spices.
I use a coffee grinder
How do you clean those pastry brushes? Or do you throw them out and get new ones?
LOL…who is the newbie who has to put all those tools away?
you forgot your thermometer

I want a scraper, but I`m from Romania…..
…. You made me transform my cooking. and I thank you CHEF TODD!!
